We build each home as if it is to be our own... and sometimes it is. The first home we built was a celebration of our return to Fayetteville in 1990. The project was a commitment to launching our homebuilding business properly: designing well-built homes for the middle-to-upper market that are aesthetic, liveable and reasonably priced.
We develop in-depth understanding of design choices and improve the homebuilding guidance. Our experience speaks for itself. Altogether, we have built more than 200 homes.
