and many times it is. Our first home was a celebration of our return to Northwest Arkansas in 1990. The project was a commitment to launching our homebuilding business properly: designing well-built homes from Bentonville to Fayetteville for the middle-to-upper market.
We develop in-depth understanding of design choices and improve the homebuilding guidance. Our experience speaks for itself. Altogether, we have built more than 200 homes.
